General Rules of the Ann Sobrato Performing Arts Center
Please come early to avoid delays and speed the entrance for all attendees.
Doors
The venue doors will open one hour prior to the start of the show.
Ticketing
To ensure attendee comfort, and in accordance with local fire and safety laws, only attendees with a ticket, regardless of age, will be allowed entrance into the venue.
Rain or Shine
The weather is subject to change, but the event date is not. There are no refunds. Even if you change your mind at the last minute, we still have to pay the artists, crew, and facilities.
ALL LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL AND CAMPUS LAWS APPLY
The following items are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the venue:
Weapons of any kind
aerosol cans
alcoholic beverages
animals (except assistive animals for fans with disabilities)
bags, backpacks, purses, or any other container
balloons (air or helium)
beach balls
bottle caps
cans, bottles, bottled or boxed liquds
commercial or personal audio/video recording equipment and tripods
confetti or glitter
coolers of any kind, including small soft pack coolers
ice chests
fireworks or missle-like objects
food
footballs
frisbees
illegal substances
knives
firearms
camera cases
laser lights or pointers
mace or pepper spray
noisemaking devices (air horns, bells, bullhorns, thundersticks)
plasitc bottles
sticks, poles, bats or clubs
strollers
thermoses
t-shirts or clothing with vulgar language, gang colors, or gang symbols
If, for medical reasons, you need to bring in food, drinks, or any other medical necessity, a staff member will escort you to the First Aid Station where you can discuss your needs for the event.
Please note that all personal belongings will be subject to inspection upon entry into the venue. Prohibited items that are discovered during security inspections will not be allowed. Unlawful items that are discovered during inspections are subject to being confiscated, and the person in possession of those items is subject to arrest. Ejection from the event will be without refund and may result in the loss of VIP and Season Ticket priviledges. The staff will not hold or check items for attendees and are not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen or damaged.
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the venue. By tendering your ticket and entering the event, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the venue, management, member orgainizations, their affiliates and staff. If you elect to to consent to a search, you will be denied entry into the event.
